If you have not yet had a chance to preview the redesigned version of Google+, launched in November 2015, Google will release automatic updates over the next few days. In addition to the redesign, new features are being introduced.
When you leave comments on Google+, you can now include links and photos. With the introduction of the approved display, owners and community moderators have control over who can publish what. Speaking of communities, since the new version of Google+ was launched in November, there have been 1.6 million new local members.
Another new feature that comes is a notifications center, where users can view and manage their recent activity on the network. All of these features will be available on the Web, iOS and Android versions of Google+.
New Business Updates
Companies have taken more and more collections and communities within Google+ to allow employees to share ideas and discuss topics of interest. To better accommodate business users, Collections and Communities will become available for more organizations. In the coming weeks, Google+ as a whole will become a central service for Google for Work.
Although Google+ is no longer required to access Google services, it is clear that the company will continue to invest in service and improve its service. For more information, see the official Google announcement.
